Ideal for everything from pancakes to fajitas to teppanyaki-style cooking.
Dimensions 14″ wide X 16″ front to back
You can use the griddle plate as an accessory on one side and cook on the other side with the cooking grate at the same time.
It has a 5 inch sidewall to maintain not spillage of food and a drip tray.
Please note there might a protective coat on the griddle that might need to be removed before cooking on the griddle
Do Not Close Grill Hood when cooking on griddle. Always operate with grill hood open.
