Hand made out of Expanded Steel these grates get hotter than the original Green Mountain grates and help give you a better sear as well as a better flavor on whatever you may be cooking. The diamond pattern also prevents vegetables and other objects from falling through. The top shelf nearly doubles your cooking capacity, and best of all, it’s removable!
The small pegs on the bottom grates allow the second shelf to sit comfortably right where you need it and prevents it from banging around inside when you transport your grill. This is one of the best upgrades you can do for your Green Mountain Grills Davy Crockett/Trek.
These fit the Davy Crockett and the new Trek Prime 2.0.
