The black-coated models require more maintenance than the Corten steel models and are more susceptible to scratches and damage, despite their high-quality coating. Use of a cover is recommended.

Do not prepare acidic ingredients (such as lemon, vinegar, and tomatoes) directly on the cooking plate. Use a pan to prevent damage.
