Bar Gap Filler
This is a steel track that is pre-cut to bend and slips over your existing overhang at an angle. You will need to cut the opposite side like the pre-cut one depending on the angle you are going with.
Available in 2 sizes:
1 1/2″ for connecting welded split bars
2 1/2″ for connecting 2 1/2″ track and stud over hangs
