Description
This Sunglo hanging patio heater frees your deck or patio by mounting the heater from above. Sunglo heaters utilize radiant heat to warm people and objects, not the surrounding air. The decorative frame is made from stainless steel with a powder-coat black finish that blends in well with nearly any patio decor. This patio heater uses natural gas and operates at 50,000 BTUs per hour. The deep-dish reflector broadcasts radiant heat over an area of up to 12 feet in diameter, depending on wind conditions. The Sunglo A244E features a fully-automated electronic ignition system without the need for a standing pilot light or manual lighting. The burner can be turned on/off remotely using an electrical switch, timer, or another control device. A control device and 24VAC transformer are not included and must be supplied by the installer. This unit has a safety shut-off control. A 24-inch clearance from combustibles around the sides of the heater is required for safe use.
