The Forno 4 Pizze pizza oven uses patented Alfa Forninox technology to reach desired cooking temperatures with very little fuel in as little as five minutes. Cook two pizzas right next to the fire on the 31 1/2 x 23 3/5 inch fire brick cooking surface. The copper color dome is made of powder-coated steel and the cooking floor is made of interchangeable refractory tiles to help retain heat while cooking. The insulated dome retains heat to cook food evenly while the built-in thermometer allows you to monitor internal temperatures. With no curing needed, you can cook anything in your Alfa pizza oven that you would normally cook in your kitchen oven including roasts, vegetables, potatoes and desserts!

The first shovel in the world with screw joint

The Alfa peel handle is adjustable in length as it is composed of two extensions that can be inserted to get the desired size. The basic length is 95 cm (handle + head)
 that can be increased to 120 cm (handle + one 25 cm extension + head) 
or to 145 cm (handle + two 25 cm extensions + head). This solution might come in handy when using the pizza peel in small 
wood-burning ovens or in tiny spaces such as the balcony. 

The peel handle and the shaft are made of Duroplast, a high-resistance plastic with a firm grip.

Warranty

Alfa ovens are covered by a 2-year parts warranty against defects in manufacturing, effective from the original date of purchase and applicable for properly installed and maintained ovens. Excludes ovens used for commercial purposes.
