The Alfresco APS-30P 30″ Plate and Garnish Rail W/ Food Pans is a restaurant-inspired plating station that comes with food pans, carving board and plate storage below. The station features a convenient shelf for storing plates, utensils, spices, and other food prep items. The pan rail rests on a bed of ice with NSF food pans for pizza toppings and other condiments. However, food, knife, glassware, tableware, and plates are not included. The station can be used for multiple purposes, and it is easy to switch out items in the pan rail. It also includes a convenient removable plastic cutting board, and it is ideal for use as a raw bar, martini, and wine rail.
