Heavy-duty 12mm hexagonal stainless steel grates retain heat for superior searing and enhanced flavor, while the tongue-and-groove seal prevents heat and smoke from escaping, maximizing cooking efficiency. The 20-inch grate hinges on both sides for easy access to add charcoal or wood, and an additional mid-level grate allows for high-heat or indirect cooking.
