This easy to use chicken brine will make any chicken full flavored and juicy. Simply use 5 ounces of our Beer Can Chicken Brine (half the jar) with 32 ounces of water or your favorite liquid. This is enough for 5 pounds of chicken. For a mild flavor let the meat set 4-5 hours, for a a larger amount of flavor let it brine for 6-8 hours. Rinse off the chicken after removing from the brine. Apply your favorite Butcher BBQ rub and cook. It’s that easy.
