All Side Burner components are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year under normal residential use from the original date of purchase. When used in a multi-user setting (bed and breakfast inn, private clubs, multi-dwelling condos and apartments), Delta Heat warrants this grill to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase. This multi-user warranty excludes commercial locations such as restaurants and food service locations.
