Designed for serious pitmasters, it features a counterweighted lid, large firebox access, and improved airflow for easier fire control and consistent cooking temperatures. A 5″ smokestack positioned at grate level helps promote even heat distribution throughout the chamber.
This loaded model includes a tuning plate system, slide-out cooking grates, grease drain, ash removal rake, and a spacious cooking chamber built for large cuts and high-volume barbecue. Heavy-duty wheels and casters provide easy mobility.
