This power burner is constructed of premium grade stainless steel with a seamless front panel with high polished accents. The reversible commercial cooking grate is designed for restaurant stock pots and commercial woks and made of 8 mm stainless steel welded plates. The control knobs have Exclusive Control Illumination which feature highly visible graduated indigo blue line and a control indicator notch illuminates to give a precise control setting. The drip pan fully extends to allow for easy cleanup and a matching stainless steel cover is included to protect the burner when not in use. The electronic ignition is reliable and quick with the hot surface ignition also features a safety gas valve. This power burner should star in every outdoor kitchen!
